A year of excellent service and good quality
Over the last year I have ordered a lot of stuff from Ironmongery Direct for a major renovation project: door handles, hooks, cupboard handles, handrail brackets etc etc. The quality has been uniformly excellent, the orders are always complete and invariably arrive the next day.

Good Range and Good Service
Ironmongery Direct have a good range of products at competitive prices (cheaper that Screwfix, for example).
There was a delivery problem with my order which was down to the courier. Ironmongery Direct's customer sevices were very helpful in resolving this issue.

Good products. Awful delivery.
The products were quite good.
But delivery was a shambles. The package arrived 4 days later than agreed. And only after I had repeatedly chased them.
And the package was a mess. The packaging was torn and broken. So several of the items were protruding. And these got scratched and marked.
